I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had an excellent view. However, the third adult bed wasn't as comfortable. The thermostat was not working properly. On the plus side, having 3 single beds was convenient. The cleanliness of the staff's attire at reception left much to be desired, which was unexpected from a chain of this size. Despite these setbacks, the hotel's location was perfect for sightseeing in Liverpool, with easy access to the city center and waterfront attractions.
